That depends on its purpose. Not all AI needs personality, but it does need to simulate human intelligence without all the fallacies that come from the human thought process.

Not a robot, but a smartphone app. I mean, humans take their phones with them everywhere they go. It's rare to find someone who doesn't. And all you have to do is reach into your pocket, and help will be on its way.
